Customized HVAC Maintenance plans are designed to maximize peak efficiency, reduce monthly energy expense, eliminate costly repairs and prolong the life of your HVAC equipment!
Included in Annual CAP Plan:
- 2 Visits per year
- Biannual Maintenance (Spring/Fall)
- Optional: Quarterly Filter Changes
Spring Inspection:
- Clean dirt, leaves & debris from inside cabinet
- Inspect & clean coil, cabinet, control box, controls, wiring and connections, fan motor & blades, compressor & associated tubing and compressor contractor
- Check refrigerant levels and temperature splits
Fall Inspection:
- Inspect blower assembly, fan belt and motor. Lubricate as necessary
- Inspect evaporator coil, drain pan & condensate lines, burner assembly, ignition & safety control, heat exchanger and heating elements, control box, controls, wiring & connections, clean and adjust as necessary
- Check for air leaks in the unit
Included in Each Inspection:
- Monitor for starting capabilities & correct voltage/amp draw
- Listen & investigate abnormal noises & odors
